Summary

Series of printed flyers and posters promoting NYU’s Expository Writing program. 

These modular designs use geometric shapes to showcase distinct courses and resources that can build off of each other, positioning writing as the foundation of the academic experience.

Develop an eye-catching, flexible design system within brand guidelines

Process

Grid
The first step in each of these projects was creating a structured grid to guide the geometry of the designs.
Sketches
On a faded printout, I sketched the shapes to create sections of content.
Color and Content
Finally, I created the shapes digitally, adding color with an eye for contrast and setting the content strategically along the grid.
